Speaking

For over 30 years I have been speaking at conferences across the country inspiring special education service providers and teachers. I teach and encourage parents to learn as much as possible about their child’s disability and how to navigate the Special Education System with the laws.

If you are teaching teachers at colleges and universities, or an organization creating an event specific to the education of students with disabilities, I hope you will consider contacting me to be a speaker at your next event.

About Me

I’m an Educational Consultant with a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Applied Behavioral Analysis. I am also a person with a disability.

The true stories of students that I have worked with captivate an audience.

People from the audience always come to me with their own stories and questions after my speech.

Speaking Topics

  • The Special Education System determines who is worth an education and who is not. History, Common Core Curriculum & High Stakes Testing.
  • Knowledge Creator – A system of analysis created by me that helps determine what the disability is, how it presents, and what is needed on the Individual Education Program (IEP) to educate a student to their highest potential.
  • A Wheelchair Doesn’t Define Me –The unique story of a student with Cerebral Palsy who defied all stereotypes and a woman who beat the educational and societal odds that were against her.

Testimonials

Toni’s speech is both intentional and motivational. She captivates you with her stories and passion for the children who are historically left behind.

– Pacific Rim Hawaii Conference

Toni is a genius when it comes to education. She turned our session into a classroom, spoke a different language, and quizzed us on what she was teaching. Only one person understood.

– Learning Disability Conference CA

I am amazed at how much information Toni has that has helped thousands of families and students, including mine, because I believe that she cares about the students.

I have to say, my son is autistic, and he graduated from Wentworth University as a Mechanical Engineer. Toni believed in him and helped him through his disability in school and helped make him a success!
